MTO stands for made to order. This means the item is not completed however, when ordered it is made to order, which means it will coincide with the current turnaround time at that exact moment. When you order a MTO item, that means the order will be started after it is paid for.

The current turnaround time for non-epoxy items is 7 to 10 business days, that applies to MTO orders. Epoxy MTO items will be completed within 2 to 4 week business turnaround time. We do aim to get items out sooner, this just allows time in case there is an issue With caring times. All RTS items will be sent out within one to three business days.

RTS means ready to ship. This means that the item is ready to ship to you all items in the ready to ship category are completed and will be shipped from our store within 1 to 3 business days with the tracking number provided on its way to you.

Custom orders are accepted if you are unsure how to place a custom order on the website please use the contact us form under the Home drop-down and please reach out to us for us to gather more information about your customer request. We currently accept customs on all items that we offerplus more, just reach out to us! 

We can meet to do a drop off for local orders. Please refer to the pin section in our Facebook group for that discount code and it will only be applied if you are local and reach out using the contact us form.
